Natalie Stapert is a teacher and climate education leader from Washington DC. At Lowell School she led a team to develop and implement a full-year, interdisciplinary climate education curriculum for sixth graders, collaborating with Dr. Alana Seigner to publish a study of the curriculum in Environmental Education Research. Recently, she has presented with her students at the 2020 AGU Annual Conference, the 2021 Black Lives Matter at School Virtual Curriculum Fair, and the 2021 NSF STEM for All Video Showcase. Her students are currently under consideration for inclusion in a new book titled, "Energy Superheroes."
