The Leaders of Color Reception is a Pre-Institute virtual gathering intended to welcome and create space for formal and non-formal educators of color who identify as Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) to meet each other and build community. Attendees will have opportunities to share, listen and learn from one another’s experiences in small groups, strengthen connections and talk about ways that bring joy and healing.

Attendees who self-identified as Black, Indigenous, people of color (BIPOC) on their Summer Institute for Climate Change Education registration will receive a personal invite for the Leaders of Color Reception from Jothsna Harris (jothsna@climategen.org) - If you do not receive a personal invite by Monday, July 19th, feel free to contact Seth Spencer (seth@climategen.org).

Dominique Diaddigo-Cash will be the lead facilitator for this event.
